Julia Uliano
Julia Uliano is a Physician Assistant and Ordained Minister with a passion for helping children in need around the world. Her work began in Calcutta, India, in 1998, when she opened the "Calcutta Hope Home" to provide safe refuge for destitute children. In Brazil in 2000, Julie established a ministry for street children and founded "For the Children International." Currently in Mozambique, Africa, Julie is ministering through "The Dream Project" to provide care, housing and education for children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic.

On-Ground Director: Lucia loves Jesus, children, and people. She loves to spend her time speaking into the lives of those around her. She has been the on-ground director for 2 years . She dreams to take in more children. She wants to help more widows support themselves so they and their families are cared for.

PASTOR GEORGE
Director of Training & Empowerment Initiatives: George has tirelessly worked among the poorest of the poor, Pastoring, empowering, and rescuing. He is the Pastor of a church of 400 in the slum of Nairobi, Kenya. He has empowered over 100 women through small-business development. He oversees a home of 70 abandoned babies and children. Partnering with The Dream Project, Pastor George is conducting micro-loan small business seminars in our community and overseeing our empowerment initiatives.
